For publishers & media partners
Consolidate five network accounts into one
If you run a content site, a deal site, a newsletter or an app, you are probably already approved somewhere. The problem is that “somewhere” is four dashboards, four thresholds and four reporting formats that never reconcile.

What you can promote on day one
One approval covers all of them, 219 of the 229 programs in the directory carry a live mark. Every one links to that program’s commission, cookie window and regions.

You do not need this page to explain what a cookie window is. Here is what is actually different.

Where programs come from
We hold publisher approvals across every major affiliate network. If you are an advertiser not currently on a network, we can advise on which is the best fit for your category before you commit.
What we will not accept
Traffic policy, stated plainly
We enforce this strictly, because in a sub-affiliate structure one partner's bad traffic puts every partner's access at risk.
Accepted
- Content, review and comparison sites
- Social media and short-form video
- Email to opted-in lists and newsletters
- Apps, extensions and shopping tools
- Coupon placements where the advertiser permits them
Grounds for removal
- Trademark bidding on advertiser brand terms
- Incentivised traffic, cashback or reward-for-action offers without written approval
- Adult, political, gambling or misleading content
- Cookie stuffing, forced clicks or any undisclosed redirect
- Purchased or bot traffic of any kind
This is not a checklist we review at signup and then forget. Traffic is monitored continuously, and a partner producing repeated clawbacks or breaching a brand’s exclusions loses access rather than receiving another warning.
FAQ
Publisher questions
Who can join as a partner?
Creators, publishers, content sites, newsletters, apps, comparison sites and media partners can all apply. You need at least 1,000 followers on one channel to open an account. Above that line applications are reviewed for traffic quality and content fit rather than audience size, and partners in every country are accepted, though the programs available to you depend on where your audience is located.
What traffic sources are allowed?
Social media, short-form video, blogs and content sites, email to opted-in lists, newsletters, apps and comparison content are all permitted. Paid search on advertiser brand terms, trademark bidding, is prohibited across almost every program. Incentivised traffic, cashback and adult, political or misleading content are not accepted.
How long does approval take?
Partner applications are typically reviewed within two business days. Once approved you have immediate access to the program directory, and most advertisers within it require no separate application because LinkApprove is already approved on them.
Why was my application declined?
The most common reasons are content that cannot be matched to any advertiser in the directory, traffic sources we do not accept, or a channel with no published content at the time of review. A decline is not permanent, if you were rejected for thin content and have since published, reapplying is fine. We do not decline for audience size.
Do I need a website to join LinkApprove?
No. A website is not required. Social profiles, short-form video channels, newsletters and apps are all accepted, and the absence of a domain is the specific gap this network exists to close. Most direct affiliate applications require one.
Can I still work with affiliate networks directly?
Yes. Joining LinkApprove is not exclusive and does not restrict you from holding your own accounts elsewhere. If you are already approved directly on a program and happy with the terms, run it directly. You keep the full commission that way. LinkApprove is worth using where you would not be approved, or where consolidating many programs into one payout is worth more than the margin.
Does LinkApprove have a mobile app?
Not yet. The mobile app is in development and the platform is web-only today. The app store badges in our footer read 'coming soon' rather than linking to listings, because those listings do not exist yet.
What is the minimum payout at LinkApprove?
The minimum payout is $100 for PayPal, Wise, Payoneer, Skrill, USDT (TRC-20) and Bitcoin. Bank wire and ACH carry a higher $1,000 minimum because of the fixed cost of the transfer. Balances below the threshold roll forward to the next payment run rather than expiring.
How often does LinkApprove pay?
New accounts are paid monthly by default. Approved partners earning above $500 per month can move to weekly, and partners above $2,000 per month can request daily payouts. Bi-weekly is available to all approved partners on request. Schedule changes take effect from the next payment run.
What payment methods does LinkApprove support?
PayPal, Wise, Payoneer, Skrill, USDT on TRC-20, Bitcoin, and ACH or international bank wire. Balances can be held and paid in USD, GBP or EUR.
How long before commission becomes payable?
Commission is released once the advertiser validates the sale, which typically takes 30 to 60 days from the transaction date. Travel programs are slower because commission is usually confirmed only after the stay has been completed, which can take 60 to 90 days. Pending commission is visible in your dashboard throughout.
What revenue share do partners receive?
Partners receive up to 90% of the commission LinkApprove receives from the advertiser. The rate depends on your monthly validated volume and the specific program. The applicable rate is shown against every program in the partner panel before you generate a link.
Why was commission reversed from my balance?
Commission is reversed when the underlying order is returned, cancelled, paid with a competing coupon at checkout, or found to breach program terms. Reversal rates of 15% to 30% are normal in fashion and footwear because of category return rates. Your dashboard reports validated earnings by default rather than pending, so the figures you plan against are the ones that will actually be paid.
What currencies can I be paid in?
Balances are held and paid in US dollars, pounds sterling or euros. You choose the currency on your account, and commission from programs in other currencies is converted into it, so you clear one threshold rather than several part-filled balances in different currencies.
What happens to a balance below the minimum?
It rolls forward to the next payment run rather than expiring. There is no fee for carrying a balance and no deadline by which it must be withdrawn, so a slow month simply adds to the next one.
Does LinkApprove charge fees on withdrawals?
No fee is charged on PayPal, Wise, Payoneer, Skrill, ACH or bank wire. Cryptocurrency withdrawals carry only the network fee, which goes to the blockchain rather than to us. What is deducted before payout is the revenue share, which is stated against every program before you generate a link.
How quickly can I be paid after requesting a withdrawal?
Cryptocurrency rails settle same day. PayPal, Wise, Payoneer and Skrill typically take one to two business days, and ACH or bank wire three to five. Payment frequency itself ranges from monthly by default up to daily for verified partners above $2,000 a month.
