By participating in the affiliate program, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions regarding Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising and Trademark+ bidding. Non-compliance may result in suspension or termination of your affiliate account.

1. PPC Bidding Guidelines

1.1 Affiliates are permitted to use PPC advertising to promote approved offers, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Affiliates must not use the store-name or any related brand terms in their PPC campaigns without prior written consent.

    For eg:
    Store-name coupon
    Store-name coupon code
    Store-name promo
    Store-name promo code
    Store-name discount
    Store-name discount code
    Store-name voucher
    Store-name voucher code
    Store-name deals
    Store-name codes
    Store-name +any other variations that brand doesn’t allow.

PPC campaigns must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and advertising platform policies (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads).

1.2 Prohibited Practices:

  • Direct linking to the store-name website or any partner brand’s website from PPC ads.
  • Bidding on keywords containing misspellingsvariations, or extensions of the store-name or partner brand names.
  • Using display URLs or domains that imply official affiliation with store-name or partner brands (e.g., “OfficialStoreNameDeals.com”).

1.3 Affiliates must ensure that their PPC campaigns do not mislead or confuse users about the relationship between store-name and the affiliate.

2. Trademark+ Bidding Guidelines

2.1 Restricted Keywords: Affiliates are strictly prohibited from bidding on keywords that include “store-name” or any partner brand names, including variations, misspellings, or extensions (e.g., “Store-Name Coupons,” “Store-Name Promo Code”).

2.2 Trademark Usage in Ad Copy:

  • Affiliates may not use “store-name” or any partner brand names in ad copy, headlines, or URLs unless explicitly authorized.
  • Unauthorized use of trademarks in ad copy will result in immediate action, including account suspension.

3. Landing Pages

3.1 Affiliates are required to use unique, user-friendly, and compliant landing pages. Direct linking to store-name or any partner brand’s website from ads is strictly prohibited.
3.2 Landing pages must not impersonate the store-name or partner brand websites or use misleading practices.

4. Compliance Monitoring

4.1 The affiliate program reserves the right to monitor PPC campaigns and Trademark+ bidding activities for compliance.
4.2 Affiliates found violating these terms will be contacted for immediate corrective action. Severe or repeated violations may result in account termination and forfeiture of commissions.

5. Penalties for Non-Compliance

5.1 Violation of these terms may result in:

  • Suspension or termination of your affiliate partnership or of your affiliate account.
  • Forfeiture of pending commissions.
  • Legal action in cases of reputational damage to store-name or partner brands.
